Success this morning!!

I was starting to get a little frustrated, more than a little upset and a bit bewildered as to why the weight wasn’t moving.
After re-reading the Cruise chapter, I knew I was doing it right and I just had to be patient.  More water, more walking, don’t swell on it.

HAH!  I can do all of that bar not dwelling on it.  My internal monologue was screaming!

As the universe would have it, an email arrived from Qantas Frequent Flyer last night to tell me that my points were expiring.
I don’t want to use them on a flight – friends don’t let friends fly Jetstar – so I had a little look in their store.  And I decided to treat myself.

I’m 500g away from 10kgs in total (currently 6.6kg on Dukan).
I was going to buy myself a new charm for my Pandora bracelet but I really really like this watch.

So now its mine.  For being a good girl – for being a little more patient than normal.
Actually for showing some patience in general.  99% of the time I don’t have any!  But I have to make this work for me so I’m trying really hard.

And its lovely to think that there is a little reward on its way for me.
