Our pre-Lockdown party last night consisted of trying to make cool videos for the get 10 do 10 give 10 press-up challenge. Which disintegrated quickly into giggling and farting. I also hosted our first work project Zoom Up Bar drinks – a cheeky catchup at the end of the day with the people in my work bubble … but not my home bubble so for now, they stay on my screen.

06:00 – wakeup. Watch the news for a bit. Have a coffee in bed. Not in a rush. Eat mince, peas and eggs for breakfast. In my dressing gown.

08:00 – shower, get ready for work. Appreciate how long the strands on my variegated string of pearls might be in 4 weeks. DO NOT APPRECIATE how thick my skunk stripe might be in 2 weeks.

09:00 – project stand up meeting via Zoom. We have new team members – cats and dogs joining us. I hope no one realises I am business on the top and activewear no shoes on the bottom. Actually, I think we are all like that.

14:30 – go down to New World and get the groceries I ordered a week ago. Well, half the groceries. Need to go inside the supermarket to get the rest. New World Te Rapa had more staff than customers, still all working super hard to restock the shelves, lots of waving and smiling and lines on the ground but a very very pleasant and sparkly visit. People who are working in essential services are such MVPs.

15:30 – did first BFT2U workout. Spent the first 10 minutes of the workout trying to move the dogs or avoid being licked by the dogs or not standing on the dogs.

15:40 – locked the dogs outside. Finished the workout to a great Spotify playlist and this face … (and there’s another thing for the Retreat To Do list, cleaning the window sills)

17:00 – coaching call with one of my Nutrition Clients. That makes for my 471st video call of the day.

18:00 – Facetime call with Mum. Video call 472.

19:50 – dinner time. Make pork and kumara chipotle skillet for dinner. Close the door to the office – and my devices. Watch TV instead.

THINGS TO DO TOMORROW:
Get up, stay home, workout, stay home, exercise the dogs – at home.
