3. Patience .. and Personality.

My big Bobble Head - NixiePersonality is key – we are basically telling a story with our photographs – even if the story is just in that moment.

You know your pet, their quirks and likes and dislikes so use what you know as a tool tool to plan your photograph – spend a little time first thinking of the photograph that you want to make. Being patient, waiting for your pet to move, smile, chase or slow down is my recommendation.

Yes, we can try and force our pets to do what we want but combining our patience with their personality – and also the light and the background that we have already talked about – means you have the making of the the photograph that describes them in the way that you know them best.
