The rule is … never go supermarket shopping when you are hungry. Even if you are just popping in for some toilet paper or some food for the cat.
I ran in this afternoon to grab the aforementioned cat food. His Royal Fatness wouldn’t be happy if I came home empty handed. That and coffee, that is all I got. Because I really wanted a cup of brewed coffee when I got home and because I wasn’t hungry.
It is Sunday.
My Day 7 of the Attack phase of the Dukan Diet. I haven’t had hunger pains in days.
Ken popped a battery in his scales for me this morning and I have lost another kg since Thursday. I’m really pleased!
I’ve decided to do one more Pure Protein day to round off the weekend – and to weigh myself on my scales tomorrow morning to see if they match. Also I am off to the Glenfield Night Markets tonight with Mel and Paula and I can pick up some of my vegetables for my Cruise phase there. Excited!
The other thing that is exciting is realising that a few of my online friends are doing this nutrition plan and one of my besties is starting today!
Very big YAYYY’s for all the support I receive and get to give in return.
I will put together a post on my tips for the Attack Phase soon – I’ve got a post on the Nikon V1 to do tonight too!
… after Meat Sticks at the Night Markets of course
I’m not actually counting down to anything as such, just watching the numbers on the scales decrease.
Woop! Go Tara!
The best tip I ever got about weight loss? Pick ONE day a week that is your weigh in day. (Mine's Tuesday). Every other day – AVOID the scales.
Because we can fluctuate a number of KGs in a day, if we stick to one specific day (and preferably at the same time), you're comparing apples with apples, so to speak. Are you allowed apples on this diet? Hehe.
Keep up the great work! x
Yes please!! All the tips you can throw at me 🙂
I've picked Monday.
Dukan recommends that you weigh yourself daily (at least in the Attack Phase which is what I have read so far).
And no apples – not yet anyways.
Tomorrow its vegetables. Look out Broccoli!
