Much Love Monday – Get Fudged

Much Love Monday:
Probably something between Things I Love Friday and Monday mornings.

This week, its a the lolly jar display at a little fudge shop, lolly shop, coffee shop and pastry shop in Paihia – “Get Fudged”
All the colours beauitfully lined up in their display … I’d LOVE to create something like this in my kitchen.  If I had the room – and of course the willpower!

This little shop was a great surprise find on our dive trip last weekend to the Rainbow Warrior and HMNZS Canterbury with Paihia Dive.  The coffee was fabulous and the samples of fudge that we tried were absolutely decadent!

Each morning – and afternoon – we’d stop in for our coffee.  And I would spend the whole time staring at the jars.
On our last day, I had to have something.  Sour straps, UFO’s and sour Coke bottles.  Yum!!
