It’s a yucky night and I have a big day tomorrow. I was teetering on the edge of takeaways.
Then lazy me told hungry me that she wasn’t going to leave the house. And hungry me couldn’t find anything remotely interesting in the delivery menus.
So I pulled finger and went to the fridge – the still well stocked fridge.
And now I have Spicy Beef Udon on the go and it will be ready in about ten more minutes.
I’ve blogged this to remind myself not to be so lazy!! I love cooking and on a night like this, I just needed to get started. The kitchen smells yummy, I spent no money and it’s nearly ready.
