after the Skirts in Scuba trip up to the Poor Knights, Marcia and I had a phone coversation about how we should make some time to just cruise around and take some photos.

seeing as my drysuit is in the drysuit hospital – and the weathers pretty crappy and i am pretty crappy, i called her up and told her i was coming down this weekend.

i packed up the car first thing saturday morning.
a quick stop in at leighs motorsport shop (so i could fix his computer and he could vaccum my car) and then i was hurtling down SH1 towards Cambridge.
i got down to Marcia and Shane’s and a little weak sunlight started to peak through so we grabbed our jackets and our cameras and took off out the door.
thank goodness we did!  this morning was pouring with rain and there was no way we were heading outside.

except … except to hit the 10am session of Transformers 2!!

on the way back home to the fire and the red wine and the cheese and nibbles, we did stop in at the Hamilton Gardens just for a few photographs to finish off Marcia’s work photograph scavenger hunt.
