06:00 – UP! I said I would and I did. I’m going back to an early morning workout to start my day as this is what I like, what I’m used to and what works for me.

09:00 – my first meeting is 9am every day. Our Project Team has a Zoom meeting and its usually full of laughs as well as plans for the day. We are all still working full days with meetings and documentation and basically everything we would normally be doing.
Today was one of those days where work was full on – it was super busy! So much so that the majority of my day was spent in my office at my computer.

13:00 – lunch time and I took the opportunity to step outside on the deck and enjoy the stunning Autumn day in the Tron.

17:00 – I have been waiting for this time all week! And I have structured my day to make sure this happens ….. IT’S TIME FOR THE BFT HAMILTON CBD ZOOM WORKOUT! One of our coaches, Brett, guided about 16 of us through a Strength & Endurance workout that was a cracker. Especially at the end of the day when its quite bloody warm!

18:00 – time to take my bubble around the block. Best part of my day really, I keep saying this, is taking the dogs for a walk in our neighbourhood. This is such a nice time for walking – and the neighbourhood is quite active!

19:00 – quick update for my 12 Days Coaching Project and then a most “Mexellent” chicken and nacho dinner before MAFs. Really reflecting tonight on how much life has slowed down and how I am enjoying it. I guess 7 days+ in Lockdown will do that to you.
