05:30 – wake up to the dogs barking and lights in the driveway. The courier is here but I can’t think of what I’ve ordered given I have unsubscribed from everyone who tried to tell me they were essential services and that they would keep delivering.
UPDATE: It was a case of wine I’d ordered about 2 weeks ago and never got a tracking number for … so I’d probably forgotten about it
08:30 – continue watching Batman as I only made it halfway through last night before falling asleep on the couch with the puppy pile on top of me.
09:30 – served breakfast in bed. Eating breakfast in bed whilst trying to play the Sims on my iPad and juggling a coffee and two dogs who just want my eggs … about as difficult as trying to type that sentence whilst holding my breath.
10:30 – actually got out of bed. I had discovered that I still had the game Plague in my games folder. I decided to be a virus and had two goes at trying to infect and kill the whole world before they found a cure.
11:00 – Daily Bubble walk. We walked the dogs around the block – saw new people and said hello to people.
12:00 – did the BFT2U workout of the day. Strength & Endurance. That was my favourite workout off the app so far!
13:30 – lunch. I’ve been wanting to make a delicious and nutritious meal with two-minute noodles for some time. Lockdown has now given me a whole lot of time to roll through all my excuses and stories … and then get some shit done. Also gave me a good subject for my 30 Day Photography Challenge. And something to do tomorrow – write up the recipe.
16:00 – the garden got a fresh injection of rhino poo and some more compost to get it ready for planting even more spinach and herbs tomorrow. And FYI, I love wearing my red band gumboots and leggings because for the first time in my life, I can fit my tree trunk legs into red bands!
19:00 – sausages and spinach pearl barley risotto for dinner. And the next Batman movie – the Dark Knight. Seriously, how good was Heath Ledger?!
