Over the last few weeks I have been thinking about who I want to be – which parts of me I want to vest in my business and how I’d like to be known now and in the future. By day, I’m kinda loud, I tease people, I laugh a lot, I wear jeans and chuck taylors and I’ve only just started experimenting with makeup.
When I am with my clients (or my students), I am a little restrained.
Sure I still laugh lots but I definitely don’t tease them like I do my friends and because I want to be professional yet fun, I’m trying to find a happy medium with my writing style. The words that I use for the sneak peeks on Facebook and Google+ and then the blog posts feel a little … forced. Yes I loved the session, yes the light was beautiful – now how can I say all that in a way that sounds a little more me whilst still being something that my clients get the warm fuzzies reading?
