I started my first ‘commissioned’ photographs tonight.

Commissioned probably isn’t the correct term – more like requested.

Lisa and I work together and she has been looking through some of my work and has picked a couple of photographs for her feature wall in her house.
Her sister is going to paint one of them!!

After a conversation we had about what she might like for that wall, she has given me a few props.
And a lovely photograph of her wall.

The props included an edited manuscript (of ‘2012: The Final Revelation’ nonetheless! If you haven’t read it, go and get it!) and a scarf that is close to the colour scheme that she is looking for.

The scarf photographs a little different – in terms of colour so I tried adding a candle in for contrast and then the globe as something darker. Alternatively, we might have to work on some toning. …
