the tag surfer function inside the wordpress dashboard is pretty good. but one thing really really pissed me off today.
just about every blogged that appeared in the list had a recent post with its blog owner apologising for not updating their blog recently and i thought to myself “so fucken what”.
some bloggers just crave attention – they seem to be starved for it.
all these “please comment on my blog so i know what youre thinking ” posts, and “sorry i havent updated but nothing interesting has happened my my life … pretty much since i was born” posts are the ones that really get me going. do they assume that people log on to their blog daily to find out what they have been up to? or dont they know about google reader?
i had a look through tag surfer this morning to see what had been happening around the world whilst i was sleeping. from bahrain to boston to brisbane it was all the same .. fucking nothing.
