For the last few years, my New Years Eve has been on a boat.
With a couple of days diving either side.
Last year – and now this year – we have had our own resident DJ – DJ Gareth B who plays what we believe to be the most unique DJ set on the planet!
We rock out our New Years Eve in Rikoriko Cave – the largest surveyed natural sea cave in the world.
Gareth fills its 221,494 cubic meters with lights and lasers and his own flavor of underground house music.
Last year, I headed on in for a night dive whilst Gareth was setting up and ascended to the slowly increasing sound of the music and then was able to see the lights from just about 4m.
This year I was on the boat while he was setting up.
The sound is really quite amazing – and we believe its the most unique DJ on the Planet.
